This website sells products containing intoxicating liquor. For clarity, a drink containing alcohol is classified as intoxicating if it contains more than 0.5% of alcohol by volume (0.5% abv).

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 years to purchase alcoholic beverages in the UK. Orders are not accepted from persons under the age of 18 years old. By placing an order you are making a representation that you are at least 18 years old

We are committed to upholding both our legal and social obligations as a retailer of intoxicating liquor. To achieve this we have a number of control checks throughout the purchase and physical distribution process.

In accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree to provide NoQevents Ltd with truthful and accurate information and act in accordance with the Licensing Act of 2003 or where applicable the Licensing Scotland Act 2005 .

Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

If an item needs to be re directed to an alternative address an extra delivery charge of £6.50 is incurred.

In the event there is no one at the location to sign for the package a calling card will be left and the package will be returned to the local depot. The majority of interlink depots will then attempt a re-delivery the following day however this is at the discretion of each individual depot. If they have received no response after 7 days of attempted delivery the item will be returned to us. The item will then be refunded to the customer minus the cost of delivery charges which includes the cost of having the parcel returned to our warehouse.

If an item is refused it will be returned to our warehouse. We will then refund the customer minus the cost of delivery charges which includes the cost of having the parcel returned to our warehouse.

If an item is returned to us yet you still require the package, an additional £6.50 re-delivery cost will be incurred.

Any orders placed after 2.00pm Friday will be processed the following Monday for next working day deliver.

Interlink driver s are unable to deliver packages outside their designated time slots.

Interlink drivers are unable to deliver to anywhere other than the stated recipients address unless advised otherwise during the time of order.

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice

Notes are unable to be included on packages once a package has been dispatched.

*We strongly recommend upon placing your order that you are confident the address details you supply are correct and that someone will be available between the hours of 9am – 3pm to sign for the package. In the event Interlink have fulfilled their delivery requirements to the best of their ability adhering to our terms and conditions we will be unable to refund any delivery costs if you do not receive your goods and additional re delivery charges will be incurred.
