Refunds / Returns / Cancellations
We are committed to giving you complete satisfaction. All our products come with a 14 Day No Quibble Guarantee. Just send any UNOPENED item back to us within 14 days of ORDERING and will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorisation. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY. We cannot refund shipping charges. We cannot accept returns past 14 days from the date of order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Question: Can I cancel my order?
Answer: Once you have placed an order, the delivery process automatically commences and products are normally shipped within 24 hours. We regret therefore it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped.
Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Cheque refunds will be issued 15 days of receipt of returned items. Credit Card refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned items. If you would prefer to exchange an item, rather than be refunded for it, please call us on 01234 817 725.
If you intend to return any part of your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Call us before returning your product.
Please include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item(s). Please also include your ORDER NO., NAME and ADDRESS with your return.

If damaged in transit: Save the merchandise and the package it arrived in and notify us immediately on 01234 817 725.
Please note: All exchanges or returns must be shipped to the address above within 14 days of ordering together with a letter detailing why you are returning the product. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
No refunds or exchanges will be given without returning merchandise.
